I like your Example 1 link. I was looking for some example that uses the Prototype library.
Your Tutorial 6 is great! I especially like to figures that describe how the technology works. Good choice!
Tutorial 3 is my favorite link. I think Google is the poster boy for Ajax nowadays.
Tutorial 4 is definitely a keeper! Very comprehensive.
Tutorial 5 presents an interesting bit of trivia I had not seen anywhere else so far: Jesse James Garrett was the person who coined the term Ajax in 2005; didn't know that!
Example 3 has some good links to Ajax tutorials (first one is broken though).
